Alsea River The Alsea River gets it's start in the coastal mountain range, winding through the town of Tidewater emptying into the Pacific at Waldport. Excellent fishing abounds as the clear water flows through stands of recently planted & towering old growth 200 ft. 400 year old Douglas Fir trees.
Smith River Named for Jedediah Smith, a western fur trader & explorer the Smith River is a major tributary of Southern Oregon's Umpqua River eventually joining with it near Reedsport. Known for great winter steelhead fishing and spring salmon fishing a trip down the Smith always produces.
Siletz River Start in the coast range west of Lincoln City the Siletz runs an irregular westerly course emptying into Siletz Bay south of Lincoln City. Fishing the Siletz offers many angling options with almost 30 miles of driftable water from December through April.
